OUR STORY

We met in the summer of 2015, at a music festival on the picturesque coast of Croatia. The exact details of who asked who to dance first remain a mystery, claimed to be known only to our dear friend Chris Stubbs, who was travelling with Dan at the time. However, from the moment our eyes met on that crowded dance floor, there was an undeniable connection. Over the course of the next week, we got to know each other amidst the pulsating beats, medieval ruins and sandy beaches of Croatia.

We quickly realised that this was more than just a festival romance. Despite living in different countries, we embarked on a long adventure, traveling back and forth between the UK, Spain, and even for a year Iceland. Eventually, in 2017, Montse made the bold decision to move to join Dan in London, UK.

Our love continued to flourish, and in 2019, we made yet another life-changing move, this time together, to the city of Vancouver, on the west coast of Canada. It was in the breathtaking beauty of a remote northern beach on the island of Haida Gwaii, with the majestic mountains of Alaska in the distance, that we got engaged. And now, here we are, in 2023, still happily together and preparing to embark on the next chapter of our journey, as we walk down the aisle and say "I do."
